In our coaching conversations, we explore the challenges you're facing and then develop a plan to address these issues head-on.


What will I learn?
You will learn about yourself while gaining a broader perspective of the world around you. Every conversation will end with the expectation of you taking action towards your goals.

As an add-on, we have assessments that can further increase your self-awareness. Whether learning your communication style, or how you are perceived through 360 degree feedback based in emotional intelligence, your eyes will be opened so you can make better choices for yourself, and your team.
How long does it take to see results?
Many clients have told me that they start feeling better after the first session! However, we usually need 3 – 6 months of coaching sessions to see the benefits. Note that most progress happens between sessions as you follow through on your action plan.
